3 cups buttermilk baking mix
1 cup beer
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
2 tablespoons sugar

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 190°C 375°F.
2.Grease 22.5cm x 12.5cm (9” x5”) loaf pan.
3.In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
4.Spoon mixture into loaf pan.
5.Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
