Bacon-Beer Cheese Bread

  • 3 cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1.Heat oven to 190°C 375°F.
  • 2.Grease 22.5cm x 12.5cm (9” x5”) loaf pan.
  • 3.In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  • 4.Spoon mixture into loaf pan.
  • 5.Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
