Barbecue Chicken Pizza

  • 285g (10 ounces) cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
  • 1 prebaked 25 cm (10”) pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 cups HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1.Heat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  • 2.In medium bowl, toss chicken with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce. Spread remaining 1/2 cup sauce over crust. Top with cheese, chicken mixture and onion slices. Sprinkle evenly with HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble.
  • 3.Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  • 4.Sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
