Candied Pecan, Bacon and Apple Butter Cheeseball

  • 227g (8oz) soft cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons apple butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 100g (3.5oz) HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble
  • 1/2 cup glazed pecans, coarsely chopped
  • Crackers
  • Apple slices
  • 1.In bowl, beat together cream cheese, shredded cheese, apple butter and cayenne until combined.
  • 2.Stir in HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits, Pieces or Crumble, then shape mixture into ball.
  • 3.Refrigerate until firm.
  • 4.Roll cheeseball in pecans just before serving. Serve with crackers and apple slices.
